Never got it!

There was only a hand-written comment: Product u navailable. No payback, either. Also, there was not enough information fot the Finnish customs, so I had to find all declaration codes by myself, because the time deadline was near and I hgot the message after office hours on Friday..Sorry, not a very nice surprise!
